The company has provided employee benefit plans to closely held businesses for over 40 years. Paul is a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.

Account Manager
Tina brings over ten years of healthcare and employee benefit experience, along with additional background in training, consulting, communications, and performance improvement. She has earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Missouri Baptist University and has a passion for people. She stands at the intersection of Employer and Employee, sourcing, designing, and managing the best benefit solutions available in today’s challenging climate. She is committed to implementing quality employee benefit programs for Employees and their families, while helping Employers navigate at the crossroads to control their risk and costs.
Tim Cross
Operations Director and Account Management
Tim has been effectively managing our organization for over 20 years, directing operations, and IT functions and security, as well as servicing both individual and group clients with all their benefit needs. He is a proficient leader in information technology and benefit platforms like Ease, Employee Navigator, and multi-faceted carrier business portals and communications.
